Our Gift Committee meets to discuss our Student Built Homes Scholarship fund and ways to improve and increase donations. This committee helps to assist in all aspects of our many Student Trades programs throughout the year.

Home Show
Are you organized and ready for a fast-paced event? If so, the Home Show needs you!
The Home Show is our largest event, bringing in an estimated 5000 people to check out the many businesses that participate. We are dedicated in showcasing the skills and products of over 70 different vendors representing all aspects of your home. Roofing, flooring, siding, electrical, plumbing, financing, landscaping, windows, doors and more! This is a committee that has many moving parts – which one would you like to grab on to?

Do you enjoy the legislative side of the association? Come aboard!
This Committee meets to discuss local, state, and national legislation affecting the home building industry. We assist with litigation, regulatory and advocacy matters. This committee is essential to advancing the industry’s interests relating to the risks associated with the construction of new homes and remodeling.

The QCBR believes in the value of our association and our members, and we want to shout it from the rooftops! Not only do we want to promote the QCBR and our many benefits, but we also want to promote our members and their exceptional businesses. This committee meets to discuss sponsorship ideas, marketing campaigns and overall ideas to create interest and enthusiasm regarding our association and its members.

When you join the QCBR, you become a part of our local association, state and national. This opens the door to education, networking, rebates, and you will receive a personal pin, enabling you log-in to the official NAHB website. This Committee will focus on membership drives, thanking current members, recruiting new members, and helping to grow our association so we can advocate on their behalf, creating an association in which its members see the value.

Parade of Homes
Do you enjoy the Parade of Homes and have ideas to make it even better? If so, hop on this committee!
The QCBR offers a Spring and Fall Parade of Homes, showcasing the skill and craftsmanship of our amazing builders and remodelers. These 2 parades also create an amazing opportunity to advertise in our Parade booklets, where over 4000 copies are printed and distributed. The Parade of Homes is an exciting way to see new trends in paint color, appliances, flooring, and overall layout. Come join the Parade!
