Quad Cities Builders & Remodelers Associates
About Us
The Quad Cities Builders & Remodelers Association (QCBR) works hand in hand with both the Home Builders Association of Iowa and Illinois and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to provide solutions to the public regarding quality, safe and affordable housing.
We help to build stronger communities through our organization’s philanthropic efforts. Our members give back to the community that supports them. We do this through our Student Trades Initiative Program, our scholarship program, our many committees, fundraisers, blood drives and donations.
Our local association has over 230 members representing builders, remodelers, financial institutions, realtors, landscapers, small businesses, large businesses, and anyone that touches the industry that we work hard for and represent.
When you become a member with the QCBR, you also become a member with your state Home Builders Association. Your state HBA works hard to keep legislation and regulatory action favorable in the industry. You also become a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) – which has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large since 1942.
It is our goal to help our members grow their business, find solutions, create partnerships and make our community and our industry the best it can be.
